David Scott
David’s love of good food started at an early age, perhaps no surprise when you learn his father used to take him to Le Caveau whilst he was still in short trousers. Now a successful restaurateur of some 25 years standing, David created the Howies group, running the business with great success for 17 years before selling it on in 2006. His philosophy? Good company, good food and good wine make for a very good life.

Tony Fasson
Tony has always had a particular love of good food and wine, as you might expect from the man who helped develop toptable, now Europe’s largest online restaurant booking service. Successfully co-developing an internet hotel guide in 2005, he now sits on the panel of judges for the Scottish Hotel of the Year Awards and The International Indian Chef of the Year Award.

Alastair Boogert
Alastair has worked in the food and wine industries for 30 years, specializing for the past 20 in sourcing, importing and selling fine wines to top restaurants, companies and private individuals. He has built up fantastic connections in the world’s great wine regions, including Bordeaux and Burgundy - relationships which ensure Slatebin always has access to the best.
